1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ro99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the ro99 website at ro99.cam, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of ro99 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2.Eligibility

To register and use ro99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ro99 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems (bots) are not permitted to hold player accounts on ro99.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.
• You must not be a person who has been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from ro99 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

ro99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.

3.Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on ro99. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitute a breach of these Terms. ro99 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• All activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. ro99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login details.
• You must notify ro99 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact details are provided in Section 15 of these Terms.
• ro99 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal or at any time it deems necessary. KYC documents typically include a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
• ro99 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

ro99 employs SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and you use the Platform at your own risk in this regard. You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access ro99 is adequately protected against malware and unauthorised access.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

ro99 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time. The current list of supported payment options is displayed within the ro99 cashier section at the time of transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will result in account investigation and potential refund.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the platform's anti-money-laundering policy. In certain circumstances, ro99 may process withdrawals via an alternate method after identity verification.
• ro99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional identification documentation, source of funds declarations, or confirmation of account ownership.
• Deposits made to ro99 are non-refundable once the funds have been credited to your player wallet and wagered. Unplayed deposit funds that have not been subject to a wagering requirement may be returned subject to identity verification and anti-fraud checks.

ro99 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile financial service provider. Processing times for bKash and Nagad deposits are typically instant, while bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited to the player's ro99 wallet.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

ro99 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific bonus, the bonus-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

• All bonuses are credited to the player's bonus wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover amount and qualifying games are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless a specific promotion explicitly states that combination is permitted. Using multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorisation constitutes abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• ro99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already in active use by a player.
• Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using irregular betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses cancelled and may face permanent account suspension.
• Bonus funds will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the relevant bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

ro99 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific bonus or promotion. Promotional offers are subject to change and are provided as an additional benefit at ro99's sole discretion. No player has an inherent entitlement to any bonus.

6.Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed through ro99 are governed by the rules of the individual game or market as provided by the relevant game studio or sports data provider. ro99 displays these rules within the game interface or betting market where applicable. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating.

• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round or bet settlement, ro99 will attempt to resolve the outcome using available server-side logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the bet or game round may be declared void and the stake returned to the player.
• ro99 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a software bug, data feed error, pricing error, or any other technical anomaly that resulted in an incorrect outcome or an odds offer that would not have been made under normal operating conditions.
• Maximum win limits per game round, per day, or per promotional period may apply and are communicated within the relevant game or promotional terms. ro99 is not obligated to pay winnings that exceed the stated maximum win limit for a given game or promotion.
• Live sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body. In-play markets may be suspended at any time if data integrity cannot be confirmed. ro99 accepts no liability for bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined, regardless of whether the market remained open due to a data delay.

Winnings from valid game rounds and settled bets are credited to the player's main wallet promptly following settlement. Players may withdraw confirmed winnings subject to the payment and verification conditions set out in Section 4 and Section 3 of these Terms respectively.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms. ro99 treats any instance of prohibited conduct with the utmost seriousness and will take immediate action upon detection, which may include account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using software, algorithms, automated bots, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including coordinating bets at live tables to exploit the rules or payout structures of any game.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds that are derived from illegal activity, including money obtained through fraud, theft, or any other criminal offence.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ro99 staff or other players through any communication channel, including but not limited to the platform's live chat or support ticketing system.
• Exploiting any bug, vulnerability, or error in the Platform's software to obtain a financial gain. Players who discover such issues are required to report them to ro99 support immediately without exploiting them.

8.Account Suspension and Termination

ro99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a request by ro99, or provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process.
• Receipt of a request from law enforcement, a regulatory authority, or a court order requiring ro99 to close or freeze the account.
• Where ro99 reasonably believes that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity, other players, or to ro99 itself.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ro99 account may do so by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

9.Intellectual Property

All content available on the ro99 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of ro99 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ro99 content without the prior written consent of ro99. Unauthorised use of ro99's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ro99, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ro99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from malicious code. While ro99 takes reasonable technical precautions to maintain platform availability and security, temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or circumstances outside ro99's control including internet infrastructure failures or force majeure events.

11.Privacy and Data Protection

ro99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ro99.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. ro99 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

12.Responsible Gaming

ro99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21. ro99 provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage their spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

Your continued use of ro99 after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ro99 that cannot be resolved informally through ro99 customer support should be submitted in writing to ro99 via the contact details provided in Section 15.

ro99 aims to resolve all player disputes in a fair, timely, and transparent manner. Players are encouraged to contact customer support as the first step in any dispute resolution process. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, ro99 will communicate the next appropriate steps to the player in writing.
